Teams are a basic organisation unit - it can be your band, a specific team in your production studio, or just a group of friends making music. Projects represent a single audio track, and any assets that track uses. A single project for example can have multiple audio stems, mixes or presets.

Of course! In order to make sure that people can collaborate effectively, we decided to offer a free (forever) personal tier. It will allow you to easily join other teams' projects and give you a personal allowance of up to 200MB of storage.

To make any changes to your subscription, including upgrading / downgrading, cancelling, or changing billing details, navigate to our billing portal - which is found in the Billing section in Settings.

If you cancel an active subscription, you will effectively freeze your team's work. You will still be able to access existing projects and audio files, but you won't be able to make any changes or upload any new files until you re-activate your subscription.

You can find your invoices, along with any of your billing related information in our billing portal. which you can get to by going to Settings and navigating to the Billing section.

To see a breakdown of your teams subscription utilisation, such as total seats available, storage used or remaining guest spots, use the Team settings dropdown found on the left side of the app's navbar, find the team you want to access and click the fader icon next to its name.
