Do my clients need an account to hear the mix?
No. Clients stream, comment, and download from the share link without signing up. The one exception is payment: if you paywall delivery, clients create a free account when they pay, so the masters they bought live in an account they own.
What happens when a client pays?
The downloads unlock immediately and the payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account. The client keeps their own copy of the deliverables, so “can you resend the files” stops being your problem.
Do you compress or re-encode my audio?
No. Files are stored bit-for-bit and play back at full resolution. We don't train models on your audio, sell it, or use it for anything but serving it back to you.
