The client portal for studios and labels.
Every project, client, and sign-off in one workspace. A label's whole roster can listen, comment, and approve without buying a single seat.
From session files to signed-off masters.
One workspace, every project
Projects keep sessions, mixes, and conversations together. Roles decide who can upload, who can comment, and who only listens.
Clients review from one link
Artists and A&Rs stream the work and leave timestamped notes from a private link. No accounts on their side, and every note is attributed by name.
Approvals on the record
Clients approve tracks or request changes per track. Every decision is timestamped and kept, so the project header always shows what's signed off.
Deliver and get paid
Put a price on delivery. Downloads unlock when the client pays, straight to your Stripe account with 0% platform fee.
A full approval audit trail.
Who approved which version, and when - kept permanently, even as new versions land. Revision liability ends at a timestamp you can point to.
Guests never count as seats.
Seats are for your team. Clients, artists, and a label's whole roster can stream, comment, and approve without you buying seats for them.
File requests.
Send an upload link and session files land in the right project, attributed to whoever sent them, with room for multi-gig transfers.
Version history on everything.
Every mix revision is kept with its comments and its approval state. Uploading a new version never erases what was already signed off.
Paywalled delivery.
Downloads stay locked until the client pays. Payments go directly to your Stripe account, and Arktide takes 0%.
Bit-for-bit storage.
No transcoding, resumable multi-gig uploads, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train models on your audio.
Studio pricing is per seat.
Everything in Engineer, plus the approval workflow, 2 TB of storage, and seats for your whole team. Clients and guests never count as seats. Tell us about your studio and we'll put a number together.
Talk to usFrequently asked questions.
What counts as a seat?
Seats are for the people who work inside your workspace: engineers, producers, staff. Clients and guests never count. An artist, their manager, and the whole label side can listen, comment, and approve without a seat.
What does the approval trail record?
Every approval and change request, per track and per version, with who made the decision and when. The trail is append-only: uploading a new version starts a fresh approval without erasing the old record.
Do clients need accounts?
No. Reviewing, commenting, and approving all work from a private link with no sign-up. Clients only create a free account if you paywall delivery and they pay, so their purchased files live in an account they own.
Can we control who does what?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set per project: who can upload, who can comment, and who only listens. Share links have their own toggles for comments, downloads, and uploads, plus expiry and passwords.
