Every surface says how much of your catalogue is covered - 94 of 150 tracks tracked - so a floor is never mistaken for a full count.

Stats refresh once a day. Hit update on the stats page and the totals pull the latest data.

Search your name as it appears on your credits. Arktide reads the public credit databases, assembles the releases with your name on them, and holds each one for review. Nothing counts until you accept it, and you can add credits by hand - across Mixing, Mastering, Recording, Producer, and Engineering roles.

Search the name you release under. Arktide finds your act's catalogue on the streaming platforms and pulls playcounts for every release, refreshed daily. One artist per workspace on the Artist plan.

Frequently asked questions.
Where do the numbers come from?
From public streaming data, matched to your tracks and combined across platforms into one total. Not every platform shares its counts, which is why the number is shown as a floor rather than an estimate.
Why does my total end in a plus?
Because it's a floor. Not every track can be matched to streaming data, and some platforms share less than others. 1.2B+ means at least that many - the real figure is higher.
Why isn't every track tracked?
Matching depends on what the public databases and streaming platforms expose for each release. The tracked count is always shown next to the total, so you know exactly what's covered.
Do imported credits count automatically?
No. Imported credits land in a review queue, and nothing counts towards your totals until you accept it. Databases get names wrong - you stay in control of what carries your name.
How often do the numbers refresh?
Once a day at most. You can trigger an update from the stats page whenever you like, and the daily refresh keeps the totals current from then on.
Which plan do I need?
Streaming stats comes with the Artist and Engineer plans, per workspace. The Artist plan covers a single artist's catalogue. The Engineer plan adds credit tracking across every release you've worked on.
